About the Event
You will look at the way other artists have painted portraits, particularly the work of Josef Herman, the Polish born artist who painted members of the Welsh mining community in Ystradgynlais. Using your own family photographs you will then paint your ancestor/s in acrylic paints.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience whether you’re a beginner or an artist who’d like to spend an enjoyable few hours in a great location, painting with like minded people.
Materials will be provided.
