About the Event
Forest Bathing is a very effective mindful practice. Although human beings have enjoyed walking amongst trees, now we have the science which can tell us exactly why being amongst our arboreal friends is so very beneficial. I'll be taking out small groups during the course of the day - please come and see what it's all about! No special equipment is required.
