About the Event
During the workshop, we will go through how to grow your own food from seed to harvesting. Taking it step by step, we will connect with the soil, choose our seeds and create a variety of fun containers that are low-cost and designed to produce lots of yummy results. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with your creations, new knowledge and a guide on how to care for your seeds and plants when you get home. Materials will be provided, but please to bring any of the below if you have them:
- Old cast iron kettles or bowls, old sinks, wellington boots, tin cans, milk cartons, hanging baskets.
- Gardening gloves (Optional - they will be provided, but bring your own if you wish)
This workshop is suitable for ages 18+
