About the Event
A real double whammy of a nature cure! Come forage with me, and also enjoy some glorious forest bathing at the same time! You'll be walking on air after this! Forest Bathing is a mindful practice, being at one with all of the natural world. We know that being in nature makes us feel good, but now we have the science to tell us exactly what is happening when we notice the wildness around us. See how it feels....
