During this 1½ hr session, I will teach you some basic stitches and guide you as you stitch into an item of clothing you want to embellish.

What you will need….

• Item of clothing (stretch  fabrics not recommended!)
• A plain piece of cotton fabric  for practising
• Scraps of fabric for appliqué and patching (optional)
• Embroidery hoop
• Embroidery threads (6 stranded threads are most commonly used)
• Embroidery needle
• Small scissors
